Entry Requirements
The course is primarily open to applicants seeking academic conversion, who hold a 2.1 undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in a non-Real Estate subject. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to a career in real estate, preferably with some work experience. Candidates with 2.2 degrees will be actively considered - evidencing strong final year performance and/or relevant professional experience.
