An Honours degree (55% or above). Applicants with a significant amount of HR experience but no formal qualifications may also be considered. All applicants will be invited to interview as part of the application process. Non-UK qualifications will be checked for equivalence.

Following condition must be completed: 1. Above Qualification Obtained within 5 years. The only exceptions are HHS professionally accredited courses (Nursing etc). 2. Punjab and Haryana state boards not eligible in any condition. 3. Applicants whose home state is Punjab or Haryana must take a SELT.Applicants with lapsed Standard XII will only be offered Password tests if their English scores are 80% or higher at the discretion of the India office.
