Entry to year 1: Entrants should have obtained a good first degree in Architecture preferably with RIBA Part 1 exemption or equivalent. Direct Entry to year 2: Entrants should have obtained a good first degree in Architecture preferably with RIBA Part 1 exemption or equivalent and should have completed a satisfactory period of professional training. Direct entry to the final year of the course will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

The course is of three years duration with direct entry available to Year 2. Following condition must be completed: 1. Above Qualification Obtained within 5 years. The only exceptions are HHS professionally accredited courses (Nursing etc). 2. Punjab and Haryana state boards not eligible in any condition. 3. Applicants whose home state is Punjab or Haryana must take a SELT.Applicants with lapsed Standard XII will only be offered Password tests if their English scores are 80% or higher at the discretion of the India office.
